Location Supervisors at DASCH lead and mentor a team while making a difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Supervisory experience, leadership skills and effectively managing a team.
• Experience in disability support or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Serve as a positive role model for staff and the people we support.
• Promote independence and encourage decision-making through recognition and respect of individual interest and choice.
• Provide leadership to create a respectful working environment conducive to effective working relationships.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Combination of 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. evening shifts and 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. day shifts
• On call Monday to Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
